A family story
It all began in 1967, when my grandparents opened the hotel. They still pop in to visit us today, to say hello to the guests and soak up the summer air.
Today, it is Andrea, his wife Viola and their daughter Elisa who are carrying on this tradition.
Andrea is also the hotel’s chef: every day he prepares authentic dishes that capture the flavours of genuine Romagna cuisine.
We know each other by name, we chat, we laugh and we share the joy of life’s simple pleasures.
